How to Create a Template
- 1 Click the Template button in the top toolbar to enter Template Mode.
- 2 Fill in your standard company information, payment details, and default line items.
- 3 Give your template a name and click Save.
- 4 Switch back to Invoice Mode—your template is now available in the dropdown!
What Templates Save
- Company name, address, and logo
- Payment details (bank account, routing)
- Default tax rate and currency
- Common line items and services
- Notes and payment terms
- Optional pages (Cover, Thank You, Refund Policy)
💡 Pro Tip: Create different templates for different clients or project types. A "Consulting Template" might have hourly rates, while a "Product Sales Template" includes shipping fees.
